We are committed to providing superior products and service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a full product refund, excluding shipping, when you return your unused purchase in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Skewers, chocolate, and other food items are non-returnable. Sephra Home Fountains that are returned within 30 days and are used will be issued a refund minus a 35% restocking fee. Used commercial fountains are non-returnable.

All returns require proof of purchase and must be clearly marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number or in packaging other than original packaging are not guaranteed to be processed and may be refused. To obtain an RMA number, please contact our Customer Service Department at (801) 691-3898.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify 1) their condition, and 2) that all components are included. Any product that is missing components will incur a charge for those missing items. Sephra is not responsible for damage sustained in transit to our facility; damaged products will incur a restocking fee based upon their condition. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Please note that products not purchased directly from And Then There Was Chocolate must be returned to the original place of purchase.
